Italia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Oil obtained from olives by first cold pressing. It is best for use in Vinaigrette or Drizzled over Pasta, Hummus, Salads, Dressing etc or low heat cooking.

PROPERTIES

• Normal, with own aromas and characteristic without accusing symptoms of rancidity, alteration or contamination.
• Distinctive fruity aroma, characteristic of olives, mild peppery aftertaste.
• Medium yellow/green in color

Italia Extra Light Olive Oil

Blended from refined olive oil, by chemical or physical refining process, and extra virgin olive oil in the suitable proportion.
It is virtually odorless and has a very light flavor.

PROPERTIES

• Normal, with own aromas and characteristic without accusing symptoms of rancidity, alteration or contamination.
• Almond aroma, characteristic of refined olive oil.
• Pale yellow in color.

Italia Olive Pomace Oil

Blended from Refined Pomace Olive Oil and extra virgin olive oil in the suitable proportion often used for Specialized Cooking.

•Green in color.
